I would highly recommend rmb autos northallerton as they are not pushy they let us look around all the cars till we found one we are happy with they dealt with our complex situation we are so happy with the car we have now unlike some other garages I will recommend rmb to anyone they are good at what they do and still willing to help even when its just silly little things like setting the radio

Purchased a car from RMB Renault today for my Dad and the service was exceptional. After speaking with Jamie over the last few days regarding the deal and our intentions of purchasing we visited today to agree the deal. A short time prior to arriving my dad thought he would be taking delivery too, Jamie, James, and Carole in admin went above and beyond to make it happen at a moments notice. My dad loves his new car and can’t speak highly enough of the guys at Renault Northallerton. Every memeber if staff we interacted with us a credit to the company and after my families 5th purchase from RMB I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Where do I start with the RMB experience ? A couple of years ago I dropped a car off for service it took 5 hours to get the car back they blamed a mechanic going sick. Last September we were going away in a motorhome and left our Dacia Duster with them to fix a problem with the aircon and to service the car. Two weeks later we called to collect the vehicle to be told "you know it requires a service". Two weeks and they forgot to service the car and seriously expected me to make a 45 mile round trip to get the car serviced, priceless. After some heated discussion it was serviced and we had another hour plus enjoying the delights of their customer service area. In December 2018 we reported an odd creaking noise in my wife's Dacia Stepway. No chance of leaving it a couple of hours full day required. Going home this involved a 90 miles of travelling. Problem not fixed. Another all day another coat of looking at and another 90 mile trip again problem not solved . At the end of February we were going away for a week and again left the Stepway at RMB . On our return the problem wasn't solved and tbf we were given a loan car. After a day short of 4 weeks we got the car back. Problem had been solved. Unfortunately needlessly they had removed the dashboard which was not refitted correctly . A further 45 mile trip and attempt to straighten the dashboard but though slightly improved it looks like a 1980s style fit Lada dashboard. There is now a new rattle under the dashboard which wasn't there in the first place. The company appears to have lost its Ford dealership which can be construed as "interesting". They have no concept of distance imagining everyone lives around the corner. To say I have lost faith in this company would be an understatement . They have sold me four cars in three and a half years and have badly let me down . The staff turnover is olympian for some reason , deal with RMB at your peril. I'm done with them.
