Thank you Sam … a five-star review that is actually worth five stars! Not only does Sam actually reply to queries, turns up when he says he will, and has a thorough understanding and implementation of his craft, but he's also a nice guy. I had three soffits/guttering replaced - on time, expertly, and with a smile. The soffits look so much better than the originals, the guys cleared up after themselves, and no fault could possibly be found. I just wish that all tradespeople understood customer service the way that Sam does - what the customer requires, keeping communication open and doing what he says he will, and providing a service at a very reasonable rate. An honest day's pay for an honest day's work. Well done Sam …. I cannot recommend you highly enough - I would give ten stars if I could … many thanks again.
