Beautiful and expansive outdoor area with spaced out seating for a comfortable drink or meal. Delicious menu and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Lovely country pub in a traditional Northants village. Northants orange stone on the outside and low ceilings with lots of wood and nooks and crannies.A stone archway opens into a walled courtyard, perfect for a summer day. There is a separate garden at the back with nice tables and benches. Service was quick and friendly. Haven't eaten there yet so can't comment on the food. Good for a.country club choice.

Really lovely Pub. Atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Food is home cooked and I've always left feeling like I've eaten well. Have been before and will go again, think that says enough...

Visited for my sister in law's birthday. It was my first ever visit to the pub. Lovely lady told us of the history of the pub, it is celebrating it's 400th year this year Food was excellent we enjoyed a fabulous Sunday definitely will be visiting again.
