Very poor service, went to collect an order that was supposed to be in stock at the St Peters Street in Northampton, after multiple visits is now over a week late, staff were disinterested and more interested in chatting and mucking about behind the counter and refused to see where the missing order was. Called the customer services, initial lady put me on to someone else who advised that as it was almost out of the delivery window the order would be cancelled?! No explanation, no apology, no attempt to see what had happened to the missing item or explanation of how I would get a refund!? Shocking and appalling service throughout....

Wasn't looking forward to having to collect a item from the store under the so called lockdown arrangements but they were really well organized, was away with item in under 5 minutes, the young lady I dealt with on the door was absolutely superb well done Argos Northampton!

The staff are always so lovely and helpful. it would just be nice if there was more of them...seems a bit pointless to me that you got like four new tills but from what I've seen never employed anyone to run them...so the ques are still just as long... my experience of online shopping as been really good top. 3.95 for same day delivery? can't fault it.
