Appointment slots are readily available. Service is great. Price is competitive. I would happy to go there again. Attaching a bill for coil spring work on a Mercedes C180 hopefully that helps guage their labour rates and costs.

Difficult to rate this as been twice, first time good friendly helpful service and very efficient, second visit most unhelpful and obstructive person you could imagine in a customer service based environment, my car was booked in with a time and I had the booking receipt on my phone (all prepaid) they said they had no booking and were too busy to do it. They did eventually change their mind when I insisted on talking to their operations manager there and then. Didn't feel comfy with them doing things to my car after a very heated discussion.

Kettering branch couldn't fit me in for a new wiper blade as late in the day - but the chap kindly rang Darren @ Northampton who got me in there for 8.30am even though they were also quite busy. Friendly service and listening to the other customers that have been in this morning these boys know their stuff. Well done ATS on your excellent customer service.
