Do not bother with Avanti insurance if you travel. If something goes wrong you will not claim your lost money back, especially during covid19 and FCO government advices against travelling. Basically not worth a penny! Very disappointed, poor service. Do not waste your money!!!

Don't take out insurance with this company they are a complete rip off. My flight was cancelled due to corona virus epidemic. No fault of mine. Tried to get a refund. No chance. I'm a 71 year old pensioner 106 pounds out of pocket don't trust this company

Honestly I only write reviews when I either love or highly dislike something. This company is completely unethical and only has their pockets at best interest. They have messed me around So much and I haven’t even travelled yet. I’ve asked to speak with a manager several times and they’ve avoided doing so. I wouldn’t trust them. Save your money and spend it with a company that actually offers some kind of customer support.
