Lovely Ladies, so helpful and knowledgeable. Our daughter's Prom was cancelled and we wanted to still have a special day for her. Ballgowns are currently closed due to Covid but we were able to collect the dress that we reserved in February. Thank you

I visited Ballgowns to purchase a dress for a masquerade ball. There was a vast range of dresses available to choose from and the lady was very helpful in suggesting dresses to suit my style. I intended to buy a dress but was delighted that Ballgowns offer dresses to hire and so I have the dress for the ball and will be able to return to choose a different dress for a future occasion.

Greeted by two lovely ladies shop full of dresses and accessories. Ladies knew instanly what dresses would suit. Tried on first dress. Loved it. Hired it with a clutch bag. My daughter-in-law also fell in love with first dress and bought it. A must for ballgowns.

We arrived this afternoon to a warm welcome. We didn’t have an appointment but that didn’t matter. We were a party of 5 and we were looking to buy my daughter’s prom dress. The ladies set to work picking out dresses that they knew would suit her figure. There was no pressure or hard sell to buy. We were only in the shop for about 10 minutes and had found the perfect dress. The ladies are very knowledgeable and made my little lady feel like a million dollars. The dresses are all gorgeous and they have such a wide selection. Reasonably priced dresses too! Thank you ladies for helping us and finding the perfect dress for us too, which we took home there and then

I visited Ballgowns with my daughter who needed to find a dress for her prom. My daughter was very unsure what style to go for but the staff were really helpful and could immediately tell what style and colour would suit her best. There was a huge selection of dresses and accessories available and we left extremely pleased. Ballgowns is the only place in Northampton that hires dresses which appealed to us as we didn’t want to buy a dress for a one off occasion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ballgowns to others and will be returning to hire a dress for myself for a work event.
