Ever reducing opening hours, and aggressive staff on the door driving customers away. Deeply discouraging for someone who has been a personal and business customer for more than 30 years. But there is nobody interested in taking complaints. I will switch to Revolut.

Been sitting in branch for over 90 mins waiting to have some ID documents photocopied so I can go on my father's account as Court Of Protection deputy. Mary on the door has been a gem but the rest of the service is so slow and unhelpful. I get the whole social distance thing but Barclays have the space and are not utilising it. Not a good first impression.
Appalling service waited 25 minutes to then they try to put a man out behind me in front to me waiting for the same service had to complain then won't I got to the desk she took the mick 5 pronounce my name wrong I correct that and she's still locked my face I said it wrong on purpose The little Asian woman As well as one ask for money out I asked for 10 pound note and she said it was too late she just assumed how I wanted itI also bank with natwest and nationwide and I do Not receive service like this
New customer please be aware of these crooks and Thanks to Barclays staffs for wasting my time . Like they say \Apple does not fall far from tree\ . Bad staffs as well as Barclays.
