Poor customer service answer after 1h waiting on phone and after they let you on hold

Impossible to get through to anyone, If you are lucky enough to get through you will speak to someone in India who doesn't know what they are talking about.

Easy to reach from Northampton town centre or the Motorway. Enjoyed my time contracting there but won't work there. Permanent workers aren't treated well and that always tends to be reflected in customer service provided to the public... and eventually the bottom line.
