What a shame patients cannot be covid vaccinated closer to home. Some of us are unable to drive and may need to rely on public transport which poses its own risks as well as being difficult. I understand the PCN. Surely Mounts patients are closer to kingsheath and us to weston favell.

not happy with the way i was talk to by receptionist rude not the word i say but i ring on friday for call back and did not happen then told i have call back at 2.30pm monday and rudes receptionist make up exuses you not give a time and new trainee may told me that then told she hang up as i was angry about this then ask me what the problem was i told her then i like talk with the doctor not her then she start with well you not have a call back then i been with brook medical centre over 30 years but no more need TRAIN SHE IN WAY TALK TOO PATIENTS

My family has been with this surgery for many years. I like that you call at 8am and they call you back to discuss your ailment. They often issue a prescription without seeing you. I find the receptionists very helpful, even though they do a thankless job! I would definitely recommend this practice. Thank you.

Receptionist clearly believes herself to be more qualified than any doctor.shudder to think how many people can't get required treatment, while she sits on the phone throne powertripping.
