I visited the Church’s Factory Shop and found the lady in charge to be exceptional in her customer care , communication skills and professional knowledge of the product. You expect excellent service with a product like Church’s but my experience far exceeded my expectations mainly in part to the shop floor service. 4 pairs of shoes later I left a very happy person. Not too far from the station. As you leave the station you turn right. You see the logo already from afar to the left. The entrance to the shop is in a side street, a bit hidden away. -English shoes of superior quality. Apart from Bicester Village the only place to get these discounts. Worth a visit
It was empty on a Friday morning - I was the only customer. Both store assistants were very attentive and helpful. But I found the shoes are quite expensive - most shoes are in the region of 350 - only a few pairs were 190. They also have bags and other accessories. Good choose of shoes.
