Awful experience via telephone appointment with a stand in Dr Abbass. I cannot believe how rude and condescending she was during the call. Not professional in the slightest with very poor listening skills, making constant and irrelevant sarcastic remarks when I called about our baby being unwell . After i answered her questions, twice her response was \I dont have a crystal ball\. Very bizarre indeed, as i did not even say anything that would warrant such a response. Evidently she was not really listening or frankly engaged with her patient. Will be looking for a new surgery going forward to avoid this absolutely abysmal service and treatment in the future. It's such a shame, as we are new patients and the Reception team are fantastic, hence the two stars. Having such a low caliber Dr is not what we expected at all.
