Really enjoyed our experience with David Williams. We were able to sit back and allow them to sort things out for us (mainly). They always considered our thoughts and were understanding of our decision. They were very responsive and always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. Highly recommended. Contacted Chris and his team as the mortgage provider I'd approached direct was delaying the process and I was working on a tight timescale. From day 1, the entire team were very professional and responsive. They were quick to provide me with the relevant options and ultimately deliver a better deal for me overall. Also helped me to consolidate the various protection policies I had in place, which again, Gareth was great in terms of communication, speed and efficiency. Great result all round.
