Perfect service! What attracted me to AHF was their stock range as unlike others there was hardly anything in stock and a massive lead time. Delivery was pencilled in quickly and my sofa was delivered to the room and position of my choice with all rubbish torn away. The delivery team even helped show me the right way of the cushions. Gerry at the Northampton branch is a gent, the girl who booked my delivery date was very pleasant and the delivery team incredible. This is now my ‘go to’ store for furniture. The price was also very very good!!!!!

I orderd an expensive sofa from this store but once you have paid there after sales team are shocking. I am still waiting for my sofa 5 months on and no one gives you any updates you have to keep ringing them and be put on hold. Nightmare

Didn't really want to go into the store as there was nothing remotely appealing about the exterior nor any of the furniture on display in the window. Just all looks very bland. Husband persuaded me to go in but wished we hadn't .... Husband was soon very riled by the heavily typical & tacky sales approach. It put me on edge and I couldn't get out of there quick enough. Yet the salesman kept trying to throw me a bone. We were also pretty much jumped on us the 2nd we walked through the door; not for sales purposes but to ask us sternly if we'd sanitised our hands upon entry! I think he was fronting the door what with the Covid-19 safety measures but had walked away for a second. Still I felt pretty patronised by this!

Wish I could give this awful company 0 stars. Furniture arrived in the wrong colour and with scratches all over it. Nearly impossible to speak to anyone in customer services. Furniture arrived in white and grey when should have been all grey. This issue still has not been resolved and doesnt seem like it is going to be resolved and no one is taking any responsibility for my complaint. Furniture is bad quality and not worth the price. Less than 6 months of owning a chest of drawers and 2 of the drawers have come off the railing due to poor quality. Complained again and sent multiple emails asking for a response. Eventually found out our ticket had been closed with out even getting back to us! Asked to escalate issue and no one was helpful at all! Told to call a phone number which was also a waste of time. Do not shop here if you want decent quality furniture and good customer services. Would have been better off going to IKEA.
