I was referred to this company by a friend and was not disappointed. Clare was so helpful and responsive from the offset and made sure to tailor everything to our needs & explain anything we didn't understand as first time buyers. Clare was also available out of hours which was great if we ever had any questions, as they were dealt with so quickly. Not only is Clare extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable, but also really friendly and lovely to chat to. We had a mortgage offer secured in no time and all completely hassle free. Everyone at the Northampton branch have been really helpful. Daniel was brilliant with the whole process and kept me updated during crucial times. I can only say what a great service we received from Clare, she was what can only be described as the most helpful, friendly, professional person to deal with. Our house move was very stressful, taking six months to complete, with a break in the original chain and several other issues arising it was refreshing that the one thing we didn't have to worry about was the mortgage. Clare even called us out of hours to let us know the rates were changing to make sure we were able to hold the rate we wanted. What a super star. Clare is a credit to the business.
