Very covid safe, with staff actively asking customers to wait outside and to have a mask on when they enter. Staff were friendly, and served me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend GSF for car parts, and good customer service.

GSF is a really good national supplier of parts and I’ve used their branches in Kettering, Leicester and Peterborough , would recommend, but not this branch. First the location is rough. Polish supermarket across the road, garage with smoking Eastern European’s shouting at each other next door. I wasn’t happy about either leaving my car parked there or my daughter being sat in in and getting the wrong sort of attention. I had a polish girlfriend when younger and this reminded me of the rough parts of Lublin in 1986. Second the staff. I didn’t speak their language they struggled with mine and they switched back to native tongues for discussion between themselves at any opportunity. Finally after driving 20 miles to this branch they told me that they didn’t have the parts that I had received an order confirmation email, confirming that the parts were ready for collection. If this had happened at the other branches I use I would normal expect to get an equivalent premium part for the cost on the invoiced part Here I got a shrug of the shoulders and had to pay the extra or waste a 40 mile round trip. No point arguing, the language barrier was to much In short I would recommend GSF but never use the Northampton branch again

I was discriminated against and abused by one of the polish staff in this shop. The manager did nothing about it. There was a white lady in the shop with no mask and no one coughed up a word. I walked with the mask covering my mouth and the whole shop started screaming at me. The woman had no mask and was not even social distancing. I will never shop in the Northampton store or buy a gsf product.
