Bought a Discovery Sport from this place last March and everything was fine until last week when the car wouldn’t start. Was towed into the dealership, they kept me on the road with a hire car and found a fault with the ECU which was all rectified at no cost to myself. I’d like to thank Charlie for dealing with this matter. Professional from start to finish ! Also I’d like to thank the technician who found the problem! Very happy to be driving the car all fixed again!

What a bunch of cowboys! My friend bought a Range Rover from here recently and has had nothing but problems with it. After attempting SIX TIMES to rectify the fault (Including having it for a compete month!) they have found a solution....To buy it back from him for 5,000 less! The service he has received is no better than a back street 'Fred in the shed' outfit, you should hang your heads in shame! You know this won't be an isolated case so find another dealership is my advice! Totally unacceptable!

OMG Can’t believe how Northampton Land Rover are treating their customers. Seeing how they have treated my cousin after reporting several issues with his car and giving him excuses and not completing work. Strongly recommend that you read all of their reviews before purchasing a vehicle!!!! ***Response to Oliver's comment*** Good comeback Oliver Mann. This is exactly what I would have expected you to have put and to try and twist the truth. Whilst you may have some 5* reviews it is quite clear that you do not treat all your customers the same. That is why I was suggesting that anyone contemplating dealing with your company should read ALL your reviews to see how poorly you can treat some customers. It is quite clear that you have attempted to manipulate my comment. I would like to wish you good luck in your future business activities as clearly I think you might need it.

From our very first visit, we were introduced to Steve Bright who showed us around a Range Rover Sport. We went for a test drive and then returned back to Steve. His customer service was outstanding. He was exceptionally thorough with every aspect about purchasing the vehicle, from the spec and performance of the vehicle, to the finer details and best options available to us for our purchase. Steve was honest and open, not pushy in any way and was able to answer any questions we had. He was also very easy to talk to and explained everything to us. Steve is a fantastic salesperson and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Great service, thank you.

Great experience from Amy Moore and her team! Professional, resourceful, polite and attentive. Significantly superior than Stratstone Nottingham in every way! After 2 months and being plagued with problems the after sales is shocking. To date I have been into the garage 5 times and had to call Land Rover assist twice. Guy salmon no longer take my phone calls so have escalated the finance company to deal with them. So far over 3000 worth of fixes and counting.
