Although the main approach road can be busy, once in one of the many paths it's a lovely place to walk. Please note it can be muddy in places with big puddles so wellies are advised! To help things along there is now a mobile coffee van (with excellent coffee and snacks) on the weekend which is a welcome stopping point.

Given 4 stars as the main let down is parking facilities. It is so difficult to reverse/pull out on that fast Harlestone Road with limited views to see oncoming vehicles. The place itself is a lovely forest to walk round, with hidden dens, dirt tracks, huge muddy puddles, logs to walk along, bluebells in spring and various paths to follow. Just be careful off the paths as you can often find a beautiful dog sample to step on!

Lovely stroll .A little muddy on the main paths , decided to go off paths as we were suitably attired. So quiet and peaceful amongst the trees, very muddy but loved it.

Really lovely place to walk around, but when its been very rainy it does get quite muddy in places which makes it harder for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Still lots of fun
