Great store. ..good selection of products....especially the teas...always have good offers !! The staff are very helpful and friendly!!!! Used to go there a lot!!! When things were more normal!!!! Many thanks to the staff there.

Dream Worlds

In the past couple of months I have been frequently shopping in Holland & Barrett. I have been genuinely appreciated and helped in this store. Darren, Simon, and one lady I can't remember her name, she has two daughters...they have all been extremely helpful and professional. I am delighted to shop there, and I feel comfortable to be there. i've just been in 29/12/20 and had a lovely customer service experience from a young and enthusiastic man (didnt catch his name). He was so friendly to the people in front of me and myself, I'm sure he's made a lot of people's days before.

I went into Holland and barrett Abington Street northampton to purchase some items . When I went into the store I looked around and couldn't find what I was looking for so I approached a coloured gentleman was a member of staff . I asked for help but he was to busy texing on his phone to want to help me . His phone was more important to him .I couldn't get a word of sence out of him . I felt so de valued as a customer and so unprofessional. Ontop of this to add to it he was dressed scruffy .he was wearing tracksuit bottoms . I didn't know holland and barrett owned there own gym or was a sports shop too it looked like a school muffty day . In the end I walked out in discused and took my business someware I was valued as a customer . I wont be returning to holland and barrett again and will be telling others not to as well
