I went in for a few garden / building supplies and whilst I managed to get a version of everything I needed my first choice items weren't stocked. Was very busy and with covid spaced queuing the till set up wasn't quite working meaning it was slower than it should have been.

I didn't liked the experience I had today within the Homebase store. Moreover, beside the fact that there are not any advisors around to help you with your needs, the queue, me and my baby (in my arms) had to face was tremendous. There were more than 20 people in the queue most of which being elderly and just one till open. The lady on the till was really nice, but after we had spent more than 10 minutes to get to it, even if we were just the third customer, we couldn't enjoy her good mood. I will definitely not come back to the store, at least not until they fix their low staff issues .
