Following an earlier visit for my other half's car I tried In N Out again for 2 tyres on my own car. They fitted 2 Goodyear tyres and carried out 3D Wheel Alignment, take a look at the attached. Pleased to report another 5 star visit. Thanks Aaran!

Just visited their centre to be told to wear a face mask, busy reception. but not one of their staff is wearing any. complete covid immunity obviously. The service wasn’t that polite, or did the staff at desk explain I would have to pay 30 for them to have engineer drive round the block to check the vehicle and have the same out come to what I said it was more likely to be as I explained. it will be the wheel bearing. 250 to fix plus the 30 acknowledgement of the wheel bearing. Not happy to pay the 30. Paid and left. To another garage charging 180. Waste of half a day. Not very good customer service. Plus asked the to check oil leak did nothing. Engineers was Pleasant to deal with. Shame the service wasn’t better.

I have used this particular centre on a few occasions now and they have never been anything less than excellent. The staff are friendly the costs are reasonable and if they can help in any way they will. Even to do a minor repair or replace nuts and bolts at really short notice. Brilliant service, will definitely continue to use them in future.

Had my car mot done here ( brackmills ) today at 4pm, the car is 12 years old now, and would expect some kind of advisory. Had a fail due to a missing clip on one of my steering components. The guys helped out by looking to see if they had a clip, which was lucky for me, as they did. And sorted the problem, enabling a pass for my mot, this was going on 5pm, on a Saturday. I would like to say thank you, and would recommend them. Regards Darren
