We have just completed on our forever home which was being sold through Jackson Stops. Our first contact with them was excellent - Jasmine was very professional, provided all of the information required and arranged for a brochure to be posted ready for our return from holiday. We then got an offer on our house very suddenly with a short timeframe for completion. Jackson Stops worked with us to arrange a viewing for as soon as we arrived back from holiday - at 5pm on a Sunday! Our viewing was great - Margaret gave us all the time we needed and was happy to answer questions. Although there were difficulties, Quentin moved heaven and earth to keep the conveyancing process moving, personally dealing with a drainage problem with Anglian Water. Later, when Quentin was away on holiday, I was provided with an alternative contact, Richard, who continued the excellent work right up to dropping our keys off after a 4pm completion and presenting us with a bottle of champagne. I can't thank you all enough for your efforts and we will invite you back to see the finished product! A truly professional organisation and a pleasure to deal with throughout.
