terrible service they never reply to email since months. They keep taking our money for inventory but they dont ship out our marchandise when i want to take it back. They literally steal our money at this point. Dont expect any credit note for any of there mistake or for the marchandise they will lose. You ll never get it. You speak to some robot right there

trying to get our inventory back since more than a month and nothing move but james and james keep charging me mor than 10k a month for the inventory. There system not working since they opened a second warehouse and all the items are unpickable. But they will still charge you the inventory fees; they also loose a lot of marchandises and trust me they will never look for it as nobody handle anything at this point. They dont reply to any of our emails since 2 weeks. We keep opening tickets for nothing
