Went to this branch today to deposit cash to my account and asked to explain the source . Never asked this question when depositing before so I declined to answer that question by the cashier and the Branch manager talked to me and said they have the power to refuse my deposit . If you have any suspicion about a transaction your duty is to report to the law and not ask a customer in an open bank hall. Branch manager Louise you should be ashame of your statement to me . Banked with you for year and have 3 account with your bank . DONT WALK TO A BLACK CUSTOMER AND INQUIRE WHERE HE GOT HIS MONEY FROM.

Do not use the cash deposits machines. Staff friendly but the machine takes your money and card, such a scam.

Very helpful when we opened new account, have been trying to get somebody to ring us but nobody has bothered. We have had an account with Lloyds for over 45 years but am thinking of changing banks, sorry!

Appalling customer service, shocking management. no leadership. Having made a mistake with our business account, and then failed to act on requests form the business centre or to deal with our issue urgently, I have now tried phoning them 14 times in the last ten minutes to no answer. Lost my cheque, no one wants to take responsibility and we have even when physically appearing in the bank no- one will sort it out - even phone back can't get through. Ii has been a Lloyds customer for 25 years.. Right now would trust you to manage my son's lunch money. only get 1 star because otherwise you can't post review. so NO stars actually. ANSWER YOUR PHONE
