Rubbish company!! DO NOT BUY from this place. They've given me a faulty mattress which is uneven and has a dip on one side and they won't answer my calls or change my mattress, they sent someone out to look at it and this guy was so rude and invalidated my mattress which is under warranty and clearly is a manufacturers fault. He was adamant from the get go that its not their fault. I've contacted the company so many occasions and they just don't care. Now I'm suffering from spine and back pain due to the mattress and they won't pick up my calls or answer my emails. What do I do?

Ordered divan and headboard on the 1st November, had heard nothing so called customer services beginning of Jan, was told the items would be in on the 11th Jan, still nothing so called again and was told 15thJan, that date passed, called again and was told 27th Jan. It’s now the 5th Feb and have still heard nothing. I would not recommend buying from this company

Terrible customer service. Delivery date was changed 3 times and I completely lost faith in the product ever coming. I have asked for a full refund so we will see if they can organise that...

1 star would give zero if I could. Brought a bed and must say quality is poor. Broke and sent pictures in of the poor quality you can clearly see its been made bad with stray nails. Noone ever gets back to you to resolve the issue multiple calls and emails and nothing back. Stay clear and save your money

Rubbish failed to delive matress my mother ordered failed to send bag to put old matress in, and instead she had to walk 1.5 miles to store and fetch one. Customer service never answer phone and after waiting in on a promised delivery she was called to say they had lost her double matress. Never use matress man it not worth the hassle

Do not order from here! I ordered a faulty product and tried at least 25 times to get hold of them on the phone to sort a return and refund. Once I finally got hold of them they asked to send pictures and they’ll arrange a collection. 12 days later and haven’t heard anything from them since. I keep trying to call but nobody answers the phone. Appalling customer service please don’t purchase from here it’s not worth the hassle.
