Went in to buy a new car seat. The customer service was awesome, absolutely brilliant. Sadly they didn’t have the colour we wanted in stock so we ordered online. But the sales staff helped us see if it would fit and we’re happy to do the ordering online for us. Natasha was super knowledgeable

Thanks so much to Natasha for helping with a known problem with a product I brought three years ago. I initially asked to speak to the manager as could not find my receipt as proof of purchase, unfortunately the manager was busy so Natasha asked if she could help. Natasha resolved the problem within a few hours and knew exactly what needed to be done and kept me informed with phonecalls back and to and finally an email. Thank you for all your help. Rock up to grab some supplies to be told we are only accepting cash inorder to save energy...... mean while lights blazing and Aircon on max output....great customer service, will not be returning
