Very poor service. I ordered for next day delivery and my item still hasn’t come. They said there’s nothing that can be done about it even though I told them I would need it (today) this morning. I’m supposed to just sit and wait apparently.
Great customer service. I have ordered numerous products from them and all items have come beautifully packaged and of a high quality. One item was faulty and a replacement was arranged immediately.
I brought the Pink Celular Blanket which I selected the Fuchsia pink as the text colour as my granddaughter & friend really likes it. I am so please with the result of how it came out and I like them again
Received my order yesterday! Went for the star bean bag and chalkboard table and chair set. My expectations where low as this was my 1st order wiv them, but the items I got delivered are of Wonderful quality. The material for the bean bag is soft but can tell will take a beating quite well. And the table and chair set just sooooo lovely! Sterdy wood and smooth slate. Thank you my1styears. Be visiting you again
