I work all over country and don’t internet banking so want and speak to local people in Northampton , can’t always be in town during week and no weekend banking .

I locked myself out of the app over Christmas, so I came in today to deal with it. Had a lovely lady who was very patient with me. I think her name was Nazia. Hope she has a great 2019!!

There is a popular saying that I would paraphrase as \couldn't organise a drink-up in a brewery\ and that definitely applies to NatWest at Weston Favell. During my few years of banking with them they have made so many cock-ups that it's hard to believe. The sad reality, however, is that Brits are actually more likely to divorce than they are to change banks. In the end I became so fed up with NatWest that I switched to M&S Bank, and was promptly rewarded with 125 of M&S vouchers. Happy days!
