This is just such a lovely location for a lock, surrounded by Beckets park, the embankment, Northampton Marina and the overhead bridge leading to the Waterside Campus of UoNorthampton. Great place to enjoy and photograph the coming and goings of the narrow boats and plenty of wild life, especially the swans and wild geese.
