Paid 280 for 8 sessions of laser which I was told would remove pigmentation on face , no results At all ! Made it clear to them several times I didn’t feel it was working and was given 2 free sessions , after 10 sessions I have no improvement not even on the tiniest areas ! I’ve asked them to speak to a manager about this and would expect some kind of refund ..... 2 emails later no reply ?!?! Which is why I’m now leaving this review. Staff are lovely here and salon is lovely but you can’t offer and charge for services that don’t work .......
