Efficient but very pushy company - constant phone calls and chase letters in order to get payment for my Park home insurance - not due for 2-3 weeks though!

BUYER BEWARE! I took out home insurance with this company and took out extra cover for unspecified items to ensure if I lost any of my personal items I had cover. I went travelling with peace of mind knowing that my items are covered under my insurance and when I lost my mobile phone whilst away I came back to make a claim on my unspecified items insurance just to be told they won't pay out as I have to specify on my unspecified insurance that I own a mobile phone! You just couldn't make this stuff up. Even the lady on the phone said she can see how it's confusing! Well of course it is, they have designed the policy to be confusing to trick us out of paying out! I needed an insurance cover I could rely on when needed not con men trying to trick me! Never again. Policy will be cancelled today. I'm not staying with these Cowboys until something else happens and they refuse to pay. Thank god it was just a mobile phone and not my actual home that I needed to claim for! Lesson learnt. Stay well away. Choose NaCo instead!

Will not be using Park home assist due to the price ...the quote that they gave me was 864 year for a park home that cost just 135.000...their quote was over 500 pound more than every body else...this is more than I pay for my house
