I am new to the area and was recommended this practice, and needed to see a doctor today 24th Aug and the staff and doctors were lovely very helpful and kind, and gave me piece of mind about my ailment.

Went to see Dr. Azizzullah with my mum. Overall lack of care or interest though the matter was serious. Basically no empathy. Not the first inadequate experience with the practice. Hardly ever can you actually see a GP.
Reception staff are lovely. GPs hit & miss, depending on who you see, and whether or not you catch them on a good day. Other staff rude, unhelpful and obstructive. Examples of today's interactions: 'who is this woman you have brought with you'... 'I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to him'... 'I've got a clinic to run'. And so it goes. Distressing exchanges, especially if you have any questions, which make them immediately defensive. Makes situations that are already worrying, harder to get through. No compassion and most importantly don't feel secure in their 'care', as they routinely forget to do paperwork etc, explaining it away 'we have lots of patients, some things slip through the net' without apology. Doesn't feel like a surgery that really cares about its patients. We'll be moving asap.
No problem with reception staff or the nurses they have been great. Doctors are a different story. Mis diagnosed a vitamin D deficiency with anxiety and stress for over a year. Caused me to have time off work which could have been avoided. Had to keep going back time and time again. Booked another appointment recently to discuss 2 issues and stated this on my call. Was told there was no time to discuss the second issue. They are more concerned about typing up notes rather than listening to you.
A family member of mine went to visit Dr Jawad Ahmad today to enquire about a growth on her skin after she was told to let it get checked out. After calmly explaining her concerns his first response was “I don’t want your sob story” and was not at all interested in paying any sort of attention to his patient. It is apparently very difficult for Dr Ahmad to understand that patients are not particularly interested in dealing with their doctor’s little ego problems when they have bigger things to worry about. An obvious lack of care and emotional intelligence are seemingly very normal for this specific doctor. Dear Dr Ahmad, do yourself but most importantly the rest of the planet a favour and choose a different career. Your current one might be a little bit too complicated for you.
