Went in to store at Northampton looking for outfit for a wedding reception. The assistant was really helpful and gave me her honest opinion on the dresses that I choose. I left there with an new outfit that didn’t break the bank. Will be definitely going back to replenish my wardrobe.

Went in the Northampton store today looking for an outfit for my mother in laws birthday. As I was paying for her dress 1 of the staff turned round to my husband carrying a shopping bag and asked if any of the items in the bag was his. I said no they are birthday presents. I don't think it's any of her business what's in the shopping bag God knows what she was implying. Found the two girls on the check out very fake.
Lovely staff, very helpful. Came out with a whole outfit thanks to the staff's time and help. First visit to this shop but definitely won't be my last.

There are loads of cute clothes here. There's something for everyone. The sales rack is pretty good too!

My sister purchased a top on Friday 28 September 2018 to wear for a works night out and the Tassel came off she retuned it today and asked for Another one the lady said I’m not replaceing it as u no longer have the tassel my sister it fell off and I’m well within my 14 days return policy she said I will go in back and get another tassel she could not find any bear in mind the top was 27 she was starting to shout when we asked for her name store number even head off phone number she refused to give them to us a quick google search and we found them our self and reported her because I told her our rights she called security but the 2 guys were very polite and understood our situation I would consider the rude woman who let me add was a manager need some serious customer service training and fast.
