I had my first ever bridal appointment at Serendipity and it definitely lived up to expectations and recommendations I had received from friends. The ladies in the shop were so helpful, professional and made the experience fantastic for myself and my family. I cant wait to come back for another visit! I would definitely recommend!!!

I bought my dress from Serendipity about a month ago. The lovely Trudi helped me choose - she was fantastic at advising what suited and looked good. The Covid measures in place made us feel safe without taking away from what an exciting experience it is. I can’t wait to see my beautiful dress once it arrives! All in all would 100% recommend.
After trying on many (!) dresses at other stores, I felt rather deflated and was convinced I just wasn't someone who was going to get \the feeling\ of finding my dream dress. Walking into the Serendipity Brides, I was overwhelmed at the number of dresses in front of me. We were taken into a private room and Trudi immediately made me feel at ease - she was so welcoming and instinctively knew I was at a loss with my search! After an initial 'get to know you', Trudi brought in the dresses I had selected from my lookbook. The first dress was like no other - I knew it was the one! Thank you so much Trudi, and thank you to all the other ladies in the store who were so welcoming. It really was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to get fitted for the dress of my dreams.
Thank you so much to Amy and Lauren who made my journey to finding the perfect dress such a breeze. Sadly my wedding was postponed a year due to Covid-19 and it made things a little difficult for me when making dress decisions, luckily Serendipity took on all of logistical decisions which took all my stress away. I cannot wait to see my dress when it arrives next year. A fantastic experience all round.
I can not thank you enough for just the most amazing visit yesterday! I booked a cocktail and confetti apointment with Trudi and had the most amazing experience and said yes the my DREAM wedding dress. The whole experience from the phone calls in lockdown to shopping yesterday was just absolutely perfect and made me feel so at ease and such a personal experience. After a tough few years I was nervous to come in, yet Trudi made me feel at ease and amazing from the start. I have brought the most perfect dress that I never would have thought I would have gone for that Trudi picked out for me, and I am so in love with it. I HIGHLY recommend you to all brides looking for the most beautiful dresses i could have said yes to them all! Thank you so much I can't even put into words how much my visit meant to me. I CANT WAIT to see my dress and you all again
