Been in the past when it was at Weston ravel and it was ok, the kids enjoyed it and it seemed like a professional child friendly establishment. However, I took all my kids in yesterday to get their hair done and the place has clearly fallen from grace! No tv or anything was put on for the kids, and all 3 of kids hair was butchered! My little girls full fringe isn’t straight and my lad who has a cowlick has a style that is almost impossible to work with. Worst of the offenders was my little boys first hair cut! He has beautiful blond hair that we wanted to keep. He was just having a fringe trim to help keep it out of his face and eyes. He ended up with no fringe and looking like a bad joe exotic mullet! This resulted in my partner crying! It has severely impacted on her mental health and I had to take him to Elliot reeves to have the rest of his gorgeous hair cut off to make it resemble something of a normal haircut! Needless to say we were devastated and will never be going back again!

Have used this place loads of times in the past for my partners child without any problems. This time however was a different story. We were dealt with by a Welsh lady called Nicky Morgan I think and have to say it was the worst experience in our lifes. Hair cut was awful we didn't realy notice till we got home and showered him the cutting in lines were none existent, I actually think we could of done a better job ourselves. To top this off her mask wasn't even on properly and not covering her nose and only half her mouth. This wouldn't put us off going back to this place, just next time we will make sure we book in with someone who takes actual pride in the work they do rather than this individual.

I rang to advise I was running late but no one picked up. When I got there I was 10mins late but I couldn’t get haircut done even though the salon was empty and the manager didn’t seem to want to go out of her way to get the haircut done as I said I was coming from other side of northampton. Won’t be going again now
