I have been trying to get a holiday insurance quote. I filled in all the data on line, created an account but somehow the two weren't linked. When they were there was almost no data there. So I phoned sales and basically had to go through everything again. I was given a revised quote value but does not come up correctly on my account. As there was a considerable sum of money my wife and I wanted to recheck what I had stated but apparently you are not allowed to see the data you gave them (given an online system should be a read only piece of cake. It smacks at very sharp sales practice, do I want to do business with them, the jury is out.

We have just renewed our travel insurance for 2021 even though we have no plans at present due to covid. Excellent price for the two of us and this is in abeyance for when we are ready to go. I'm sorry we did not get our call handler's name but he was so professional from start to finish and would definitely recommend Staysure.

If this was the last insurance company on the planet , I categorically would not use them. All very jolly and helpful whilst taking your money. But try getting them actually to do anything , like answering the phone, replying to an e mail, etc. When there is a problem. A planned 15 day holiday ended up being 5 days. I was knocked unconscious, delayed concussion, bitten by a vulture, 4 weeks of antibiotics, severely dehydrated. Ended up being met by paramedics and ambulanced into hospital from the plane at Manchester . So pretty eventful. Even though I took out their premium policy , what help, refund, support , assistance did I receive? ZERO. Do not use this company if you actually expect to get anything for your very expensive insurance. Apparently it was my fault that I phoned the wrong number !!! Concussed and very ill, my fault I phoned the wrong number !!! Do not use them ever. Totally unprofessional , you would get better insurance with Trotters Independent Trading !!
