Absolutely poor service from Liam and Michael .... Passed from pillar to post and didn't care ..... Fobbed me off with any nonsense ...... Phoned another branch and my call was resolved in under ten minutes by the manager there ..... An absolute embarrassment to the Northampton branch .....
