Went in over the October half term not sure on which carpet to buy but knew I needed it ASAP, knew the colour and had the measurements. Spent about 45 minutes in there! The salesman named Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I eventually chose a carpet, it was cut for me, carried to my car and I must say the service I received at Tapi was better than others thats why I went back there. The staff is friendly, they greet you at the door, they listen to the customer, they are supportive not impatient at all. The carpet looks amazing for the price and I will definitely be going back there! Many thanks to Tim, you are a credit to Northampton Tapi Carpets!

Very helpful staff. Good prices and large choice of different types of flooring. Off cuts available. With the corona virus you wait at the entrance and a member of staff greets you and let's you in.

Good Selection. Cheaper then competitive stores. Great helpful staff. Good quality and also sell reduced offcuts perfect for stairs and small rooms. Recommended a look round.
