Thank god I found Jade & Alix’s hypnobirthing course when I was pregnant! I would highly recommend them to anyone after fun antenatal classes that really set you up for a positive birth. They are both so passionate about giving you the best birth that you can have & really helped me feel empowered & confident in the lead up to the birth of my son. They also helped my husband understand the process & his role as a birthing partner a lot more which made it feel like we were so much more in this together. Just having them as support on your phone throughout the time was so invaluable on its own, they were always there to help you wherever they could which was really reassuring especially going through it for the first time. These girls are the best hypnobirthing teachers you will ever need! As a first time parents the classes explained everything you need to know and the girls are there for you no matter what. We had an induction and as soon as I messaged the girls for advice they helped and answered all questions! I would highly recommend them to anyone expecting a baby!

I can’t recommend Jade & Alix enough. We just finished their 4 week hypnobirthing course over zoom due to Covid19 and have both learnt so much and now feel SO excited & prepared for the birth of our first baby. We did a few different tasters when choosing a course but we could see right from the start that Jade & Alix add so much value to their course. What can I say about Jade and Alix? I was lucky enough to win a competition to take their hypnobirthing course. I knew I wanted to do a full course with my second baby so I could have the birth I WANTED rather than the birth I was being told to have. My husband thought it was all hippy dippy nonsense... but after session 1 he was hooked too! Jade and Alix give you all the tools to have the most amazing experience. It doesnt matter if its baby number 1 or 10, c-section or natural or vbac, hospital or home! These badass ladies of birthology (have I made that word up??) will make sure that you know how to make growing and delivering a tiny human as awesome as possible! The support these ladies give you is second to none! Even during my labour, Jade and Alix had me laughing away to try and ease the pains! (I had my little peanut at 42 weeks, at home as I had always dreamed of!) They helped me to fight for my right to go post dates and the fact that I didnt need to be induced! Postnatally they are always there, just like a good friend! Willing to try and answer any question, or just to check up and see how you are doing! Their mum (and now dad) community groups are great! They have created their own little village, and to be quite honest its now more of a city!! So many people have now joined and it's great to have our own little support network! I have also done Jades baby massage course. My little squish loved every moment! And an added bonus was the cake, tea and biscuits after each session whilst baby napped! I had a hot drink and adult conversation!! What more could a mew mummy ask for??!! So if you want to learn how to be a badass and rock your birth! Jade and Alix are the mentors for you! Dont believe me? Try one of their free taster sessions!! They will convert you themselves!!
