I have been involved with Kay and Adrian on a number of different projects, and they're always a pleasure to work with. Their bespoke training packages are carefully programmed with the client's specific needs in mind, while their filmed training materials are meticulously researched and crafted for their audience. Besides that, they're great fun to be around and extremely supportive of their associates, as well as being highly motivated and inspirational trainers.

Kay and Adrian are fantastic trainers. They deliver bespoke training, adapted right on the spot without the use of a power point presentation. (I hate death by power point \training\ sessions!) The activities that are used are really fun but you also learn. Fun and learning - I never thought that I would put those two together! Thank you, Kay and Adrian - you have brought a new meaning to training, for me.
I was on work experience at The Development Company from January 2015 to February 2015, and I have to say I had the best time there. Adrian and Kay are lovely people and care about their company and clients with an inspiring passion.
