Having just received my first 1:1 training with Matt yesterday I can honestly state that this is a very professional and caring experience. I haven't exercised for some time and have a few health issues all of which Matt was able to work around to create a safe yet challenging exercise regime. Of course there are a few aches today but overall I already feel much better in myself and am looking forward to the next one. I would recommend anyone in their more mature years to try out the 30 day challenge at least - what have you got to lose?

I joined for a quick trial period and I’ve noticed so much changes in 3 weeks. I’ve gained more strength and my back pain has reduced drastically. The trainers are very supportive of you during the training and try to push you higher during the sessions. It’s hard work but it’s worth it.
