Just been trying to make an apt for the last 25 minutes and in the end I gave up. I don’t have access to the internet at the moment. It really does depend on who is on reception as to being able to walk in and make an apt. I really feel that the reception staff/management are trying to make it as difficult as possible to get an appointment.

Moving GP. Do not recommend. The staff is so incredibly incompetent that they cannot even fix(change) basic things like addresses. Also they never answer to the phone and if you show up they'll probably tell you to do whatever request you have trough the doctorlink app which is rubbish. As others said as well, you will die until they'll see you.

My hubby rang surgery and was on hold for 55 mins before he gave up. I then tried and I gave up after 45 mins! IF you eventually do get to see a doctor you are one of the lucky ones.

I have always found the receptionist to be brilliant and willing to go the extra mile for me.They are always kind and considerate, despite being under immense pressure, so I cannot praise the highly enough and the same goes for the nurses and some of the doctors.You sometimes have to wait for the telephone to be answered, but I personally find this acceptable as I have always been able to get an appointment. I thank they all for the great job they are doing during this pandemic.
