We went with some friends and we all had fabulous food, the menu sounded so delicious it was difficult to choose! The tables were all spaced out very well and the chairs were really comfy, the waitress was very attentive but not intrusive. A really lovely dining experience can HIGHLY recommend.

Recommended by a friend, bar area friendly to dogs and food. Pastry on pie of the day, light fine and crisp. No additional salt used. Excellent. Deserts equally good and delicately thought out.
Nice building, nice garden space, lots of potential and friendly service. But food was poor. Hubby's risotto was simply horrible. He left most of it. Kids meals (sausage and mash and fish \goujons\) over cooked and tasteless. Chicken ceasar salad...stale, chewy croutons, clogged with dressing, virtually no parma ham. Hubby also served wrong pint. Sad times. Could be SO much better. Won't be back.

The Sunday roast is exceptional and the only meal you will need to eat all day. The dining room is warm and welcoming, the bar is also welcoming and will accommodate your dog. The staff is kind, welcoming and only enhance your experience.
