Absolutely fantastic place to shop. The click and collect is a great addition, waiting times have always been brief, but click and collect had me in and out in under a minute last time. Believe it or not the only thing that lets it down are some customers that tend to spend 10 minutes leaning over the counter looking at the monitor because they don't know what they want. Hardly the fault of toolstation, though.

Great service and helpful staff. No matter whether its a large order or small the team are always so helpful and polite. The Branch is very Covid secure as the team do all they can to make it safe so that I feel very comfortable. Advice is always helpful when you are not sure what to get. Thanks guys
