I should of read these reviews before ordering These are jokers. Ordered a trybike 2in1 tricycle. Paid extra for 3 day delivery. 7 days later a 2 wheeled balance bike arrived. Most of there phone numbers go straight to mail. Finally spoke with a Hanna who told me it woukd be resolved straight away and she would call me back. Never heard back and now they wont answer calls from my phone. Getting nowhere with email either. Paid 200 quid for this thing DO NOT USE THESE...

Awful company. Purchase a product online. I found the same thing cheaper elsewhere so returned the item. They are now illegally refusing to give me my refund. They are lying say they never received the parcel back when I have a confirmation email from the delivery company that it was delivered. I'm now having to go through the ombudsman service. Stay away from this company. Not only can you find their products cheaper elsewhere, you will save yourself a massive headache.

Terrible company operating under two different names so it can rob more people i think both so called shopping sites should be shut down if you want to take people's money for nothing, open a go fund me page because your greedy and cruel.im sure someone will willingly give you money so you don't have to robbing people.

Awful company. Items never arrived and I'm still chasing for a refund. When I rang to find where it was I was told it had been shipped and there's nothing more they can do if it's lost! The director of the company is comissioner for Northamptonshire police (Stephen Mold) and I expected better.
