I have only ever had good experiences at Woodview and particularly from Dr Ong and Dr Botejue who have been at the practice for several years now And as a family we have been with the practice since it was originally at lumbertubs with Dr Ellem . We have had as a family all types of heath problems some minor and some like now more serious but regardless of our ailments the service if you can call it that from ALL THE DOCTERS /nurses /and phlebotomist and all the office staff and receptionist has always been with great understanding and care and prompt treatment in an Emmergency ,sometimes I think the public forget why docters are actually called GPS means general practice and there knowledge has always been exceptional and any referrals are always dealt with quickly - - and we must add to the list the district nurses as well , the whole practice deserve more than a pat on the back and we cannot THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH FOR ALL YOUR CARE AND UNDERSTANDING through good times and bad - The Covid-19 situation has been difficult for us all and we have had video consultations and face to face in practice when needed so they are doing there very best in this difficult time - our only comment would be that they could do with some form of pull out canopy now patients have to wait outside in all weathers While we have the coronavirus situation which will sadly be with us all for some time in our opinion. Anyway there’s not alot else left to say but a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AT WOODVIEW MEDICAL CENTRE THORPLANDS NORTHAMPTON

Trying to get a sick note extended is like trying to get blood out of a stone. They mess it up every time. Its ridiculous. And the prescriptions are ridiculous. Constantly mess those up. Some staff very rude and very unhelpful

I came to this GP about 20years ago after my GP closed. During every major life event they have been amazing. I have MS and the support has been pretty faultless. Crucially when we go there we have had help before things are critical. Some things I cannot break my family's confidence with but I was diagnosed MS it was within weeks. I was sent for an MRI and told immediately possibly in the loveliest way. I am on national and international social media groups this is very rare. Mental health is taken very seriously and compassionately but more to the point promptly. We are very grateful for our care there. Thankyou

Dr Boteju is the most incompetent and least compassionate doctor I have ever known. It is a disgrace that he has been employed as a doctor at this place for over a decade.
