I came to the place on the 14th October and just when my little sister got there nails done and my little sister nail vanish smudge and my other sister nails have snapped I am really not happy with the service I will be coming into the shop and expecting a full refund and for both set of nails done for free otherwise I will take this further I also have photo of my little sister nails

I went there couple times but once I just wanted to remove the gel nails off so I can give my natural nails a rest, when I told the young Asian girl in there she seemed that she didn’t like it then she started to talk in her language with the other lady that works there as well and she used the thing that they remove the nail with and she was hurting me and she did it so deep I couldn’t even touch anything for a week because my nails were kinda fully removed also it was bleeding and she didn’t even say sorry then she started to giggle with her other colleague .they don’t like the idea that you are a student and they treat you so bad. I hate that place is literally a nightmare for me. In addition they don’t even hear what you ask for and then they do whatever they do and add to the price even tho they don’t ask for it.
Love it here, always amazing to me, but one time the man did my mum's, it wasn't even busy, and they aren't the same shape or length and have lifted after only a week.

Poor service, my girlfriend has her flesh ripped into with a filing board and the nail artist saw her bleed and didn’t even say sorry, he kept trying to charge me more by adding on things which my girlfriend didn’t even ask for, they wouldn’t listen correctly and they’d just assume that’s what you want and the nails weren’t even done well, the nail polish wasn’t even put on properly as there were areas where there was nail but no nail polish and it was all over the place, overall the worst service I’ve ever seen at any sort of beauty place (if you can even call it that)
Done within 15 mins with either of the women and another 15 mins wait time for nails to dry cheap acrylic extensions
Horrible. Never go there.
