We ordered at 8pm and the delivery stated 9:35pm. Rang the restaurant at 9:35 due to no update from the app, and an update on where it was. The lady stated it left 5-7minutes prior & will be with us in 5-7 minutes. 10pm rang again and was then told the driver is still 10minutes away, with no idea of an address. Currently waiting TWO hours all in all for two drinks, a cookie dough & waffle! The app we used stated the food had been delivered at 9:40! It arrived at 10:15! Disgusting. Fruit on top of desserts always tastes like it’s been stored in fridges without being covered. Did not prove different tonight.

A good place to hang out with friends, albeit music being a bit loud. Pleasantly surprised by the tasty food available!
In all honesty, I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star, the service is absolutely disgusting. I have never come across a company who continuously tell me that my order is ‘on its way’. Placed the order at 9.00pm, it is now 10.45pm and there is still no sign of the delivery driver, front of house keep telling me ‘the delivery driver is 2 minutes away’ .. the story is to be continued .....
Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a few items at 7.20.at a cost of 20.00. Called at 9.20 to be told its on its way. Called again at 9.59 to be told by front of house, the driver cannot be contacted, (surely he has a mobile, he is delivery driver after all). There is nothing that can be done. I asked to speak to the manager, who conveniently was not there. I would like a reply to this review from the manager, but I'm sure hell will freeze over before we get an apology, or even the food at this rate. Never will I order from this place again. I am going to call for a refund, lets see what happens with that request eh?
