After a week of going back and forth with FedEx Kinkos and Office Depot print centers, I found myself in a desperate situation to get a program printed that I created for a Baptism. Due to communication errors, company-wide outage, and emergency closing as a result of COVID, I was at my witts end to get this printed in time for the Baptism. I requested a quote from Alpha-graphics at 1:00 AM, and the next morning received a call from Jennifer regarding the project. She understood exactly what I needed, and walked me through a couple technical glitches in my file (on my part) to prepare the project for printing. The price was reasonable and the entire quote/ approval/payment process is organized and functions well. Jennifer was great to work and her experience and responsiveness is a valuable asset for any customer looking for printing services. I am so grateful to have found this company, and can finally breathe a little easier knowing that the programs are in production and will be ready to pick up soon.
