My boys have been working with Coach Stefan for a few months now. His prices are very reasonable and he has been flexible with training locations. Stefan does a great job relating to my kids, and pushes them very hard. At the conclusion of every practice, the kids are wiped, as I would expect them to be. His talent assessment was spot on and he tailored his training sessions accordingly. There has been marked improvement with my boys' basketball skills, reinforcing my belief that this was time and money well spent.

Coach Balaban is an exceptional coach and student of the game. He has the ability to reach his players and develop their skills while working on their strengths and weaknesses consistently. He is hands on and leads by example. His players respect him and His knowledge of the game. Coach Balaban maintains ongoing communication with players and parents which is necessary for a productive coach, player, and parent communication. He will always be a 5 star coach in my book.
Coach Stefan is an amazing mentor, and role model for my son. He is very focused, and dedicates the entire practice time to teaching advanced skills and to challenging players to master different drills. During breaks, he often gives an inspiring brief talk about positive attitude and how important it is to be a supportive teammate. His words are inspiring and his approach to basketball encourages players to play better and stronger. My son looks forward to his basketball practice every week and his basketball skills have significantly Improved.
I have two boys ages 15 and 13 who have been training with Stefan for over 2 years now and he is one of best people we have worked with. He can work in small groups or private lessons. He has helped my oldest son with the form on his jump shot and understands what each individual needs. We did camp last summer and private training this summer due to COVID. Stefan was very flexible and we will continue to work with him through out the year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for someone who is reliable and truly enjoys what he does.
Coach Stefan helped our son improve his basketball skills in a way no other coach has been able to do with him. Our son really looks up to Stefan who is not only an incredible coach but a great role model for our ten year old as well. He has a natural way with kids and is a wonderful teacher. He has tremendous patience and is so knowledgeable about basketball. Our son’s favorite hour of the week is his lesson with Stefan and we look forward to continuing lessons with him.
Can’t say enough good things about coach Balaban. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. What’s even more valuable is he knows the right way to engage, and relate to young players, which in turn gets the best out of every level player. He teaches players to communicate, and connect on the court. He builds up both the mental and the physical fortitude, and helps players get to their next level.
Coach Stefan is the kind of person you want around your children: encouraging, respectful, and an absolute role model. He really talks with his players, finds out why they love the game, and uses that to incentivize hard work. Over the past three years, Stefan has been an important influence for our two sons both on and off the court. He tailors training sessions to each player’s developing skill set, and we’ve seen major improvements in our sons’ games.
Coach Stefan has been working with my son and his friends for a while now. One can easily see his love of coaching and playing basketball. Coach Stefan brings a high level of energy to every session. From start to finish he is engaged with the boys. He does a great job of breaking things down, communicating, developing their skills and pushing them to be better.
